The South West Games, a biennial multi-sport event, brought together contingents from six states in the South West region of Nigeria, including Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ondo, and Ekiti. The games featured a range of sports, including track and field, swimming, basketball, football, and volleyball, among others.
