Fikayo Tomori, a defender for AC Milan, demonstrated his dedication to the team following their victory against Roma in the Coppa Italia.
Milan advanced to the semifinals with a 3-1 victory on Wednesday night thanks to an impressive performance from Tomori.
“We are all ready to help the team, we knew it was an important match for our season, as we wanted to reach the semi-final,” the defender said after turning down a weekend switch to Tottenham.
Even though we clearly lost the derby despite playing a strong game, it was still a strong performance. We are now pleased with the outcome.
I’ve lived here for four years, and I’m content. Although the past season hasn’t gone as planned, I want to give this squad my all because I feel like I belong here.
“We had a good team in the past as well, and we’re pleased with Joao (Felix), Santi (Gimenez), and Riccardo (Sottil) for making their debuts tonight.
They can assist us, and I have no doubt that we will succeed in the Coppa Italia and the Champions League at the end of the season.
