The official statement, signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Nahum Kenneth Daso, on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, expressed deep condolences to the family, associates, and colleagues of the late officer.

The Command emphasized that ACP Balteh’s death represents a significant loss to both the Criminal Investigation Department and the broader police formation in Borno, given his extensive experience and leadership contributions.
