On October 7 and 8, the Abdou Diouf International Conference Center (CICAD) in Diamniadio will host the second edition of Forum Invest in Senegal 2025. The event positions Senegal as a hub where innovation, sustainability, and transparency meet to strengthen long-term growth.
“The Forum Invest in Senegal 2025 (https://FiiSenegal.sn/) is the stage where Senegal demonstrates how forward-looking strategies can drive sustainable progress,” said Bakary Séga Bathily, Director General of APIX (https://InvestInSenegal.sn/).
This year’s Forum Invest in Senegal 2025 will highlight new policies, including the 2025 Investment Code. The revised framework is designed to boost strategic projects through streamlined procedures, stronger incentives, easier access to land, and broader support for SMEs. By aligning with Senegal’s Vision 2050, the forum reflects a roadmap for balanced and inclusive development.
Energy and infrastructure are key priorities at Forum Invest in Senegal 2025. Recent achievements such as a 500 MW solar plant, expanded wind farms, and major transport projects like the BRT and TER underscore Senegal’s modernization efforts. Circular agriculture, agri-energy, and water transfer initiatives will also be central topics, emphasizing sustainability and food security.
The digital economy will feature prominently in Forum Invest in Senegal 2025. Programs such as the Startup Act, the sovereign cloud, and the national data center represent concrete steps toward building a resilient and competitive tech sector. Social inclusion is also part of the agenda, with DER/FJ and ADEPME initiatives supporting women and youth through mentorship, funding, and training.
The program for Forum Invest in Senegal 2025 includes high-level discussions on energy, industrial mapping, ICT, and artificial intelligence. A startup pitch competition and debates on the role of technology in agriculture will further enrich the dialogue.
