Paris Saint-Germain stormed into the UEFA Champions last 16 in ruthless fashion, demolishing French rivals Brest 7-0 on Wednesday to complete a staggering 10-0 aggregate victory.

Luis Enrique’s side will now face either Liverpool or Barcelona in the next round after producing their biggest-ever European win.

PSG had already put one foot in the last 16 with a 3-0 victory in the first leg, but they showed no mercy at the Parc des Princes, with seven different players getting on the scoresheet. Bradley Barcola, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Vitinha, Desire Doue, Nuno Mendes, Goncalo Ramos, and teenager Senny Mayulu all found the net in a rampant performance.

It was PSG’s first time scoring seven in a Champions League match since thrashing Celtic 7-1 in 2017, and they have now netted 21 goals in their last five games—despite struggling to score earlier in the competition.

PSG’s dominant display sets up a mouth-watering clash with either Liverpool or Barcelona in the last 16. The draw for the next stage of the tournament will take place on Friday, with the Parisians now brimming with confidence. If their recent form is anything to go by, they will take some stopping.
