The Southwest Agenda for Asiwaju (SWAGA) leadership and members have announced the unexpected passing of Hon. Apostle Oloruntoba Oke, the organization’s national treasurer and the immediate chairman of Ifako-Ijaye LG in Lagos State.
After a brief illness, he passed away in Lagos on Sunday, February 9.
Prior to his passing on Sunday afternoon, Hon. Toba Oke served as the National Treasurer of the leading political support organization that promoted and rallied support for President Tinubu’s victory in 2020.
“We have lost a valuable figure, a dedicated, loyal, tireless optimist and believer in the hope for a better Nigeria under the presidency of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, Senator Dayo Adeyeye, the founder of SWAGA stated.
“It is our fervent prayer that the Lord will rest his soul, comfort the wife and the children, and comfort the SWAGA family, the political friends and associates of Late Toba Oke”.
