Wike’s comments come as he led a delegation of former governors and political associates on a condolence visit to Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, following the death of his brother.

The Minister who was accompanied by former governors of Abia and Benue states, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu and Pastor Samuel Ortom, respectively, commiserated with Governor Makinde, stating that “whatever affects him also affects the G-5 Governors.”Wike emphasized that President Tinubu means well for the country and that Nigerians should expect better days ahead.
He acknowledged the current hardships faced by Nigerians but believes that the ongoing reforms will ultimately achieve their intended goals.”We need to be patient,” Wike said. “The policies being implemented may have some effects, but at the end of the day, we will achieve what we are supposed to achieve.
