According to reports, a police constable with the Nasarawa State Command’s Mada Station Division named Dogara Akolo-Moses committed suicide while he was on duty in the Nasarawa Eggon Local Government Area.

Other on-duty cops were alerted by the gunshot and hurried to the scene, where they discovered him laying in a pool of blood.
According to a source, the officer was found on the floor with his gun next to him when his coworkers who had been outside the apartment at the time heard the gunshot and hurried inside.
