The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has expressed his unreserved admiration for President Tinubu’s efforts in transforming the nation’s capital, Abuja.
While inspecting ongoing projects in the city, Wike commended the President for providing first-class infrastructure that has significantly improved the lives of Abuja residents.
Wike emphasized that the transformation of Abuja is evident to all, stating that the city’s infrastructure has undergone a remarkable change under President Tinubu’s leadership.
He expressed gratitude to God for providing the President with the wisdom and leadership to deliver dividends of democracy to the people of Abuja.
The Minister was unequivocal in his assessment, stating that only the blind or those unwilling to acknowledge good work would accuse President Tinubu of not doing well. He emphasized that the promises made to the people of Abuja have been fulfilled, and the results are there for all to see.
“Mr President has given first-class infrastructure to Abuja. All of you can attest to the fact that, indeed, Abuja has really changed. So, we are happy for it. I want to thank God Almighty for providing the right leadership to Mr President to provide the dividends of democracy to the residents of Abuja.
“I don’t see why anybody would say that Mr President has not done well, except you are just blind. Except, you don’t want to admit something that you know that is good. We are happy that we have fulfilled the promises that we have made.”
