The tickets will be distributed for free at various centers, including radio stations, De Venus Bar and Restaurant, Uyo Township Stadium, Ibom Plaza, and previous ticket sales outlets.

Commissioner for Sports Paul Bassey emphasized that no tickets will be sold or distributed at the stadium, urging fans to secure theirs in advance. He also reminded supporters that only ticket holders will be granted entry and advised them to follow seating arrangements and security guidelines.

To further boost team spirit, the Nigeria Football Federation has pledged to distribute Super Eagles jerseys to the first 500 fans who obtain tickets for the game. NFF General Secretary Dr. Mohammed Sanusi encouraged supporters to attend in large numbers and wear Nigeria’s national colors to create a lively atmosphere.

The Eagles are currently in a challenging position in the qualifiers, with six points from five matches, placing them fourth in their group. However, their recent 2-0 victory over Rwanda has provided a much-needed boost, and they will be looking to build on this momentum against Zimbabwe.

With the support of the Akwa Ibom State Government and the enthusiasm of the fans, the Super Eagles are poised to deliver an exciting performance and take a step closer to World Cup qualification.
