Niger pipeline – An explosion has shaken the Trans-Niger Pipeline in Bodo, located in the Gokana Local Government Area of Rivers State. The section of the major pipeline that was hit by the explosion is currently on fire; however, the precise cause of the incident is still unknown at this time.
The authorities have yet to determine whether human meddling caused the incident.
