According to reports, the Federal government will name 18 banks that have been steadfast in their resolve to pay Nigerian telecom providers almost N200 billion in unstructured supplemental service data (USSD) for years.
The public appears to be upset because the telcos have stopped providing them with services that allow them to effortlessly do online banking.
