Before going to his room for the night, Johnson was last seen in good health at approximately 11am

At the De-Lay Classic Hotel in Kajola Village, which is located close to Obafe Town in Ogun State, the body of Abel Johnson, a hotel staff who was 62 years old, was discovered recovered inside his room.
It was confirmed to Journalist on Friday by Omolola Odutola, who serves as the spokesperson for the Ogun State Police Command.
Before going to his room for the night, Johnson was last seen in good health at approximately 11am (eleven o’clock) on Thursday morning. On the other hand, when he did not show up for work the following morning, reasons for concern were raised.
According to Odutola, Johnson’s colleague Shobayo Ahmed, along with a woman who was named as Johnson Blessing, reported the incident to the police at the Owode Egba Division at approximately 13.00pm on Friday afternoon.
Following their arrival at the scene, the police did a physical investigation of the deceased individual’s body and discovered no obvious signs of violence.
They did not find any indications of any kind of criminal activity. Following the taking of photographs, the deceased individual’s body was taken to the State Hospital in Ijaye, Abeokuta, in order to undergo an autopsy.
“He was found in the hotel room. There were no signs of foul play when detectives from the Owode Egba Division visited the hotel room.”
