
PTI Chairman apologizes to Journalists after violent incident outside Adiala jail

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Khan has issued an unconditional apology to journalists following a violent incident in which PTI workers resorted to violence against media personnel outside Adiala Jail.

Ireport24news’ Chaudhry Asad Inayat reported that the Chairman while speaking to reporters outside the jail, Barrister Gohar expressed regret over the events, stressing that his party strongly condemns such acts.
“Differences should not escalate to violence. PTI does not believe in any form of violence, nor do we incite anyone under any circumstances,” he said.
The PTI chief assured that a party-level inquiry will be conducted into the incident, and those responsible would be held accountable through internal investigation.
