Speaking to journalists in Alimosho, he emphasised his steadfast commitment to APC and the leadership of President Bola Tinubu, describing the rumours as baseless and politically motivated.

Enilolobo highlighted his long-standing service to the party, stressing that his loyalty is rooted in decades of active participation and contribution.

“I have served APC and its legacy parties meritoriously in various capacities over the years,” he said.

“My roles have included Lagos State Youth Leader, Southwest Youth Leader, and Lagos State Organising Secretary.

“Beyond these, I have also contributed significantly to the party’s campaign organisations during multiple election cycles, particularly in the Mobilisation and Monitoring directorates.”

The chieftain accused certain political figures, including some former members of the Lagos State House of Assembly, of orchestrating the false defection claims.

“It is disappointing that some leaders, who have contributed far less to the party than I have, would sponsor such stories to undermine my reputation,” he said.

Reiterating his allegiance, Enilolobo stated, “I have always been, and continue to be, a dedicated progressive democrat under the leadership of President Bola Tinubu.

“No party possesses the ideological strength or internal cohesion to sway me from APC.

“Likewise, no individual can persuade me to abandon the party to which I have devoted my life’s service.”

Addressing the series of unproven allegations levelled against him in recent times, he explained, “Detractors have persistently promoted false claims, motivated by selfish personal interests.

“While my political relevance may have made me a target, my loyalty to APC and to Mr. President is total, unwavering, and unalloyed.”

Enilolobo further emphasised his contributions to the APC’s victory in the 2023 general elections, asserting that his efforts were critical to the party’s success.

“My active involvement in party activities remains unchanged.

“I am fully committed to the advancement of APC’s vision and to the consolidation of President Tinubu’s achievements,” he said.

In addition to reaffirming his loyalty, Enilolobo urged Nigerians to exercise patience as the Renewed Hope Initiatives continue to unfold.

“These initiatives are designed to bring long-term gains to the nation. While outcomes may appear gradual, the impact will be substantial and enduring,” he said.

He urged unity among party members, noting that internal cohesion and shared commitment to the party’s ideals are key to sustaining APC’s growth and delivering meaningful progress to Nigerians.

“Our focus must remain on collective progress, governance, and the welfare of our citizens,” Enilolobo added.
