
Ramot Junction, East Jerusalem– At least five people have been killed and several others injured in a shooting incident at Ramot Junction in occupied East Jerusalem.
The Israeli paramedic service, Magen David Adom, reported that five individuals were evacuated in serious condition with gunshot wounds, while others suffered light injuries from broken glass and were treated at the scene.
According to Israeli police, the shooting is suspected to be a “terror attack,” and two attackers were neutralized soon after the incident began.
The police have closed access routes to the area and deployed large forces to the scene. Israeli Army Radio stated that the attackers boarded a bus and opened fire, and a joint assessment is being conducted with the military and police to determine the details of the incident.
