The Police Service Commission (PSC) has issued a warning to potential applicants for the Nigeria Police Force recruitment, denying any involvement in an online advertorial claiming to announce the start of the recruitment process for 2025.

Ikechukwu Ani, Head of Press and Public Relations at the PSC, described the online advert as “fictitious and diversionary,” urging interested applicants to be patient and cautious. “The current online advertorial is not from the Commission and does not in any way represent the character nor the content of the Commission’s statement announcing commencement of such exercises,” Ani stated.

The PSC emphasized its commitment to a credible, transparent, and equitable recruitment process, appealing to applicants to rely on official channels of communication and be wary of fake adverts designed to deceive and exploit them.

The PSC works to maintain the integrity of the recruitment process, job seekers are advised to exercise diligence and patience in pursuing opportunities with the Nigeria Police Force.
