Laliga champions Barcelona remain unbeaten after two La Liga matches thanks to a thrilling 3-2 comeback victory against Levante at the Ciutat de València Stadium on Saturday night.
The Blaugrana endured a disastrous first half, falling two goals behind after a sluggish display, but roared back in the second half with renewed intensity.
Goals from Pedri and Ferran Torres restored parity before a late own goal sealed all three points for Hansi Flick’s side.

First Half
From the outset, Barça looked flat, carrying over the lethargy from their previous outing against Mallorca.
Levante, set up in a compact 5-4-1, defended resolutely and struck on the counter, Sánchez dispossessed Lamine Yamal and launched a swift break, finished calmly by Romero after walking through a static Barcelona defence.

Despite dominating possession, Barça lacked urgency and creativity, their best chance came when Pedri’s brilliant no-look pass found Ferran Torres, whose shot rattled the crossbar.
Levante doubled their lead just before the interval, after a rapid counter from a Barcelona corner, Brugué’s effort was blocked by Balde, but the rebound struck his arm.

Following a VAR review, the referee awarded a penalty, and Morales converted with ease to give the hosts a deserved 2-0 halftime advantage.
Second Half
Flick reacted with two halftime changes, bringing on Gavi and Dani Olmo, and the shift in intensity was immediate.
Within seven minutes, Barcelona were level. Pedri unleashed a stunning 30-yard strike into the top corner before Ferran volleyed home from Raphinha’s corner to make it 2-2.
Levante responded with chances of their own, but Joan Garcia produced key saves to keep Barça in the game.

The visitors pushed for a winner but struggled to break down the hosts, with only half-chances falling to Ferran and Olmo.
Flick went all in with attacking substitutions, even moving Raphinha to left-back, and his gamble eventually paid off.
In stoppage time, Yamal whipped in a cross that Levante defender Elgezabal inadvertently headed into his own net, handing Barça a dramatic late winner.

Conclusion
It was another chaotic night away to Levante, but Barcelona showed resilience to turn the game around.

Despite their poor first half, the improved second-half performance and last-gasp winner ensured Flick’s men left with three vital points early in the campaign.
