The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has criticized President Trump‘s recent posts on social media threatening to end mail-in voting and the use of voting machines, deeming his attacks as part of a broader strategy to sow distrust in the electoral system.
According to Sophia Lin Lakin, director of the ACLU’s Voting Rights Project, “mail-in voting remains a vital safeguard of our democracy.
