Reigning European Champions Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has been left out of the squad for the UEFA Super Cup, further fuelling speculation over his future as Manchester United, Chelsea, and Manchester City weigh up potential moves.
As reported by Football Transfer experts Fabrizio Romano, Donnarumma is no longer wanted at PSG, with French goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier brought in as his replacement.

The Italian international rejected a contract extension, prompting the club to seek a transfer before his deal expires next summer.
Football journalist Graeme Bailey described the decision to omit Donnarumma from the UEFA Super Cup squad as “a real statement of intent” from PSG. “They are fully backing Chevalier and don’t want the pressure of Donnarumma hanging around. PSG want this chapter to end this month,” Bailey said.
The 25-year-old’s next destination is expected to be England, with Manchester United keen to upgrade their goalkeeping department.

Donnarumma and Aston Villa’s Emi Martinez are both on United’s shortlist, but the Italian’s availability makes a deal feasible “in theory.”
Chelsea have also held talks with Donnarumma’s representatives, while Manchester City’s interest could hinge on the future of Ederson, who is in discussions over a move to Galatasaray. Should the Brazilian depart, City may pursue the PSG shot-stopper.

Outside England, Bayern Munich are also monitoring the situation. With the transfer window still open, Donnarumma’s future looks set to be one of the summer’s key storylines.
