Two weeks into Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 10, the drama is already at boiling point, with high-stakes twists, shocking betrayals, and eyebrow-raising moments that have kept fans glued to their screens.

The week began with a jaw-dropping announcement: all 29 housemates were up for eviction. This sent shockwaves through the house, sparking emotional breakdowns, intense strategy talks, and last-minute alliance building. But in true Biggie fashion, it was all a ruse. No one was leaving.
BBNaija’s official X (Twitter) handle captured the moment perfectly:
“Biggie was in his menace era… no votes, no evictions — just vibes and chaos. Game = flipped. Pressure = applied.”
Even though eviction wasn’t real, housemates still went through nominations. Denari, Imisi, Isabella, Zita, and Kayikunmi topped the “danger” list, making them prime targets in house politics until the twist was revealed live by host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
The Head of House (HoH) games reached new levels of intensity. On Sunday night, Thelma Lawson became the first female HoH this season, a victory that granted her immunity, the luxurious HoH lounge, and the power to pick a guest. She chose Isabella, a move that later fuelled whispers after a sensual moment between the two.
But Thelma’s reign was brutally short-lived. Less than 24 hours later, Victory Okokon dethroned her in the Monday Challenger round, a contest blending speed, strategy, and precision. Victory shocked the house by choosing Joanna as deputy over Gigi Jasmine, despite previously flirting with Gigi.
Joanna’s reaction said it all:
“Wow, I didn’t see this coming, but thank you, Victory. I won’t disappoint.”

Romantic entanglements took centre stage, and not without controversy.
Isabella & Kayikunmi: Their steamy Saturday night party antics escalated to bedroom intimacy, with footage of Isabella flashing her boobs going viral. The clip triggered outrage from viewers, sparking debates about BBNaija’s content standards.
Koyin & Sultana: Their flirtatious conversations about getting matching tattoos—Sultana suggesting her neck and Koyin hinting at a private spot—ignited social media chatter.
Kola & Dede: Kola’s emotional confession about feeling like his love was unrequited reminded fans of the Ozo–Nengi storyline from a past season. Dede’s “taken but open to vibes” energy left housemates puzzled.

Arena Games and Explosive Clashes
Joanna stole the show in the debut Arena Game, finishing in a record-breaking three minutes. Biggie hinted at a future reward, keeping fans speculating.
But tensions flared elsewhere. Kayikunmi insulted fellow housemate Bright Morgan, telling him to “go downstairs and use the mirrors” before calling him a “bitch.” The insult nearly sparked a physical fight, prompting Biggie to step in. Fans have since called for disciplinary action.
Not everyone is enjoying the fireworks. Following Isabella’s “boob show,” lawyer Maduabuchi Idam petitioned the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) to ban or heavily censor BBNaija, accusing it of promoting “obscene, indecent, and pornographic content.” He warned that legal action would follow if the NBC fails to act within 30 days.
With a record-breaking ₦150 million prize up for grabs, housemates are battling to outwit, outplay, and outlast each other. Biggie’s constant rule changes mean no one is safe — not even the HoH.
This weekend’s eviction is set to be the first real one of the season, and in BBNaija Season 10, survival is as unpredictable as Biggie himself.
