In a resounding display of patriotism and support for women’s football, Dr. Oramah pledged ₦500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) for every goal scored by Nigeria in the final—on the condition that the team emerges victorious.
Speaking today at the club’s headquarters in Abuja, the football enthusiast and philanthropist commended the Super Falcons for their unity, determination, and the pride they have brought to millions of Nigerians throughout the tournament.
“These women have shown grit, unity, and an unyielding spirit of patriotism,” Oramah said. “They are not just playing football; they are writing history and lifting the hearts of millions.”
He added that Oramah Football Club & Academy is proud to stand with the team as they chase a record-extending 10th WAFCON title.
“This pledge reflects our commitment to promoting excellence, rewarding performance, and supporting the development of sports—especially women’s football—in Nigeria,” he stated.
