As part of a sweeping restructuring strategy aimed at revitalizing the club on and off the pitch, Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) has announced the appointment of Bunmi Fadayomi as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
A veteran in marketing communications with over 25 years of experience across West and Central Africa, Fadayomi brings a wealth of knowledge in brand strategy, consumer engagement, and commercial development.

His extensive background spans the telecom, FMCG, beverage, and entertainment sectors, with a strong footprint in sports marketing and sponsorship activation.
Most notably, he served as Project Director for Razzl’s $1.5 million sponsorship rollout during AFCON 2023, managing multi-city operations across stadium venues and fan zones.
His track record in delivering high-impact sporting campaigns is expected to play a crucial role in modernizing and commercializing the 3SC brand.

Speaking on the appointment, 3SC Executive Chairman, Honourable Taiwo Lekan Salami, stated:
“Bunmi’s appointment reflects our renewed vision to strengthen Shooting Stars’ operational foundation and unlock new commercial opportunities. He comes with the expertise and energy needed to take us forward.”
Fadayomi’s immediate mandate includes driving structural reforms, improving internal processes, and leading strategic growth initiatives as the Oluyole Warriors prepare for the 2025/26 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season.
The move signals 3SC’s commitment to building a more professional, business-driven football organization capable of competing at the highest levels both locally and continentally.
