It is essential that all applicants follow the prescribed procedures and purchase their forms only from authorised sources. This is the only way to ensure a seamless, credible, and legitimate admission process
The Lagos State College of Health Technology (LASCOHET), Yaba, has officially commenced its admission process for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The institution is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates interested in pursuing various programmes in health technology.
This announcement was made by the Provost of the college, Professor Raheem Akewushola, in an official statement. He reaffirmed the institution’s unwavering dedication to delivering high-quality health education, which has positioned LASCOHET as a reputable centre for training skilled healthcare professionals.
Professor Akewushola, however, issued a strong warning to prospective applicants, cautioning them against falling victim to fraudulent individuals who may pose as intermediaries or admission agents.
He emphasised that the college does not authorise any third party to facilitate the admission process on its behalf.
In his statement, the Provost stressed the importance of transparency and adherence to due process in the application exercise.
He urged candidates to procure their admission forms exclusively through the college’s officially recognised platforms to avoid being defrauded or misled.
“It is essential that all applicants follow the prescribed procedures and purchase their forms only from authorised sources. This is the only way to ensure a seamless, credible, and legitimate admission process,” he advised.
The college further disclosed that the sale of admission forms will close next Thursday. Subsequently, the screening and entrance examination have been scheduled for July 30, 2025.
Prospective students are encouraged to act swiftly and complete all necessary steps within the stipulated timeline. For comprehensive information and guidelines on the application process, candidates are advised to visit LASCOHET’s official website or make enquiries directly at the institution’s admission office.
