Kano Pillars Football Club has secured a major sponsorship deal with international media powerhouse Radio France Internationale (RFI) Hausa, marking a significant milestone in the club’s history.
The deal sees RFI Hausa become the main sponsor of Kano Pillars FC for the upcoming season. As part of the agreement, RFI Hausa’s logo will feature prominently on the front of the club’s home, away, and alternate jerseys, as well as across official branding and promotional materials.

The sponsorship covers not just the senior team but also the B team and all youth categories, including the U19, U15, and U13 squads.
Described as a game-changing partnership, the announcement comes under the leadership of newly appointed General Manager and Super Eagles legend Ahmed Musa.
As part of the sponsorship package, RFI Hausa will provide:
Full kit sponsorship for all Kano Pillars teams, State-of-the-art media equipment for the club, Professional video production training for the club’s media team, A comprehensive communications and media strategy, as well as Media publishing support via RFI Hausa’s platforms.

Ahmed Musa, in his first major announcement since taking over as GM, described the partnership as a bold step towards revitalising the club:
