However, the experienced Lagos side showed composure under pressure to seal the four-goal victory.

Elsewhere in the men’s category, former champions Safety Shooters returned to winning ways with a dominant 40–31 triumph over Adamawa Warriors. The Abuja-based team asserted control early on, taking a 20–14 lead into the break and maintaining their intensity throughout the second half.

COAS Shooters continued their impressive run, cruising past Benue Buffaloes 37–27. The Army side were clinical from the start, opening up a 17–11 lead by halftime and never relinquishing control.

Reigning champions Tojemarine Academy bounced back from their previous defeat with a commanding 37–25 win over De Defenders. The Lagos side set the tone with a 19–10 first-half lead and dictated the tempo to the final whistle.

Meanwhile, Sokoto Rima Strikers extended their unbeaten run to seven games after grinding out a 25–24 victory over a determined Correction Boys side in yet another tense showdown.
