Get ready to say “as if!” all over again—because the 1995 cult classic Clueless is making a fierce fashion comeback in doll form. MGA Entertainment has announced the launch of a limited-edition Clueless x Bratz collection, reviving the iconic styles of Cher Horowitz, Dionne Davenport, and Amber Mariens as Bratz dolls. The collection is set to officially debut on July 17, 2025, sending fans of ’90s pop culture and fashion into a nostalgic frenzy.

The collaboration brings together two powerhouse brands: Clueless, the film that defined a generation of teen fashion, and Bratz, the bold and unapologetically stylish doll franchise that took over the early 2000s. Each doll features a detailed recreation of the characters’ signature outfits—from Cher’s iconic yellow plaid suit and matching beret to Dionne’s feather-trimmed hats and Amber’s runway-ready mini dresses.

In addition to fashion-forward accessories and collectible packaging, the dolls also come with character-specific props, including miniature cell phones, faux credit cards, and even a tiny “virtual wardrobe” interface, paying homage to Cher’s legendary closet tech from the film.

“This collection is more than just a doll drop—it’s a love letter to the cultural impact of Clueless,” said Isaac Larian, CEO of MGA Entertainment. “Pairing it with the Bratz brand allows a new generation to fall in love with these characters while giving millennials and Gen Z collectors something fresh and exciting to display.”

The Clueless x Bratz line will be available in limited quantities through select retailers including Target, Amazon, and Walmart, as well as on the official Bratz website. Pre-orders began on July 10 and sold out within hours, prompting the brand to consider a potential second wave of releases based on overwhelming demand.

Pop culture experts are already calling the collection a “masterstroke of nostalgia marketing.” According to toy industry analyst Brenda Yu, “This partnership taps perfectly into the 1990s revival trend we’re seeing across fashion, TV reboots, and collectibles. The Bratz dolls are iconic in their own right, and combining them with Clueless gives both brands a renewed relevance.”

Social media has exploded with excitement, with #CluelessBratz trending on TikTok and Instagram. Influencers and collectors are already showcasing early-access PR kits, and fan-made unboxings have racked up millions of views.

The release comes amid a broader resurgence of interest in ’90s fashion and film, with reboots, anniversary editions, and themed merchandise finding eager audiences. If the early buzz is any indication, Clueless x Bratz could become one of the hottest collector drops of 2025.
