Donald Trump expressed shock and outrage over the ongoing corruption trial of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, calling it a “ridiculous Witch Hunt” against a “Great Hero” who has done so much for the State of Israel. Trump stated that he was “shocked to hear” about the trial, which he believes is politically motivated and unfair.
According to Trump, Netanyahu’s leadership during the recent conflict with Iran was “one of the Greatest Moments in History” for Israel, and he praised Netanyahu’s strength and love for the Holy Land.
“Bibi and I just went through HELL together, fighting a very tough and brilliant longtime enemy of Israel, Iran, and Bibi could not have been better, sharper, or stronger in his LOVE for the incredible Holy Land,” Trump said.
Trump criticized the trial, which he described as a “Horror Show” that has been ongoing since May 2020, as “unthinkable” and “a travesty of justice.”
He specifically mentioned the charges related to “cigars, a Bugs Bunny doll, and numerous other unfair charges” as evidence of the trial’s lack of merit.
“Anybody else would have suffered losses, embarrassment, and chaos! Bibi Netanyahu was a WARRIOR, like perhaps no other Warrior in the History of Israel, and the result was something that nobody thought was possible, a complete elimination of potentially one of the biggest and most powerful Nuclear Weapons anywhere in the World, and it was going to happen, SOON!” Trump added.
In light of these circumstances, Trump called for the trial to be “CANCELLED, IMMEDIATELY, or a Pardon given to a Great Hero” like Netanyahu, who has done so much for Israel. “He deserves much better than this, and so does the State of Israel,” Trump emphasized.
Trump emphasized the strong relationship between himself and Netanyahu, stating that “perhaps there is no one that I know who could have worked in better harmony with the President of the United States, ME, than Bibi Netanyahu.”
He concluded by stating that “it was the United States of America that saved Israel, and now it is going to be the United States of America that saves Bibi Netanyahu.” Trump emphasized that this “travesty of justice” cannot be allowed to continue, highlighting his unwavering support for Netanyahu and the State of Israel.
