Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has publicly condemned fans who booed teammate Trent Alexander-Arnold during his substitute appearance in the team’s 2-2 draw against Arsenal. In an emotional interview with Sky Sports, Salah expressed his disappointment and called for a proper farewell for the lifelong Liverpool player.

“I really love him,” Salah said of Alexander-Arnold. “He deserves the best farewell leaving the club. I was surprised because this is not how we act as Liverpool fans. We shouldn’t act this way with anyone. We always appreciate the people that came here, even for six months. Imagine someone who gives you his all for 20 years. It shouldn’t be like this.”

Salah urged supporters to show their appreciation for Alexander-Arnold in upcoming matches, including against Brighton and the final game of the season, emphasizing the need for a fitting send-off for the local hero who has dedicated two decades to the club.
