The group’s visit demonstrated the APC’s strength and togetherness.

On Monday, a delegation of APC governors paid a visit to the residence of former president Muhammadu Buhari in Kaduna. The visit was organized by the Progressive Governors’ Forum (PGF).

The APC is becoming the biggest political party in Nigeria, according to the governors, who also vowed that the party would be strong and stable until the 2027 elections.

After a private meeting with Buhari, the forum’s chairman, Hope Uzodinma, told reporters that the group’s visit demonstrated the APC’s strength and togetherness.

He stated that following the festivals of Ramadan, Lent, and Eid-el-Fitr, they felt it was imperative to pay honor to the former president who had represented the APC for eight years.

According to Uzodinma, who referred to Buhari as a “father” to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in politics, they were delighted to encounter him in good health and with a sound mind.

After expressing their appreciation to Buhari for his leadership, the Uzodinma lauded him with the creation of a coherent apparatus that enabled the party to maintain its control.

He underlined the party’s growth in strength and capacity to rule, attributing the success to the party’s ability to be able to hold consultations and put the interests of the nation ahead of individual interests.

In order to achieve electoral success, he highlighted the significance of self-organization and strong leadership inside the organisation.

Mr. Buhari was referred to as a father, a leader, and a statesman by the host, Governor Uba Sani from Nigeria. Sani stated that not only politicians but even regular residents flock to Buhari’s residence to offer their respects to him personally.
