APC party members should provide Nigerians with information regarding the policies, programs, and accomplishments of Tinubu administration.

A campaign for membership drive and mobilization has been launched by the leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Agege, which is located in Lagos State.

This effort is being launched in preparation for future elections. As a strategy for expanding the party’s base of support at the grassroots level, they intend to encourage every member of the party to attract additional supporters for the party.

In order to show their support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, party members should, as the leaders have stated, provide Nigerians with information regarding the policies, programs, and accomplishments of his administration.

President Tinubu and lawmakers, including House of Representatives member Dr. Wale Ahmed and House of Assembly Speaker Mudashiru Obasa, were praised by the local party leaders who gathered at the Women Development Centre in Agege for an economic empowerment program.

They praised President Tinubu for not abandoning the local APC chapters. Ahmed, who had previously served the party as state secretary and Lagosians as a two-time commisioner, was the one who took the initiative to establish the Economic Assistance Scheme.

Over 600 people who had benefited from the event were given items that would empower them to take control of their lives, such as cash, scholarships, grinders, hair dryers, and generators.

Chief Safari Adaranijo, Owolabi Dada, Baala Agege, Rotimi Adesina, Chief Ayeni Shittu, Olorogun Agege, Pa Olusanya, Ade Jombo, and Akeem Opeifa were among the APC chieftains that were present at the event. Ologba of Ogba, his Olori, baales, ward leaders, women groups, and youths were also present at the occasion.

On behalf of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ahmed expressed his gratitude to the leaders of Agege for their unwavering support.

President Tinubu was thanked by Ahmed for extending a duty of care to Agege. Ahmed assured the residents that they would not forget the gestures that President Tinubu had made.

According to him, he sponsored the empowerment program in order to fulfill the promise he made during his campaign, “let us work together and experience the benefits together.”

“We did it together and we must reap the reward together. That’s why before i started receiving salary as a legislator, I started ploughing back.”

Ahmed recalled that he had established an education committee and distributed JAMB and GCE forms to young people whose LASTRA cards showed that they were residents of Agege; this was one of his empowerment programs.

He stated he introduced vocational training for individuals unable attend university and that recipients are improving in their trades.

He also said he had offered tertiary students scholarships, supplied learning materials, and built classroom blocks that were about to be commissioned. He promised those not captured that they would have an opportunity soon.
