In an exclusive interview, Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, has revealed why he named the Ibadan Circular Road Project after former Governor Rashidi Ladoja. The project, a 110-kilometer ring road, is designed to connect various parts of Ibadan, the state capital, and surrounding towns.
