Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo has expressed his deep sorrow over the untimely passing of Abisola Ajimobi Kola-Daisi, the first daughter of former governor Abiola Ajimobi, stating that her death was “shocking.” This tragic news, which reverberated through the community, highlights the often-unexpected nature of life and loss, transcending the façades of wealth and status.

Makinde shared his condolences through his Chief Press Secretary, Dr. Sulaimon Olanrewaju, noting the profound impact of Abisola’s death at the age of 42. She passed away in the early hours of Thursday, leaving behind not just a grieving family but a community that admired her vibrant life.
