
In the spirit of Ramadan, Irorun Ni Charitable Organization of Nigeria distributed food items to 500 members of the Muslim community in Oke Ogun Zone One, comprising Saki East, Saki West, and Atisbo local government areas. The organization’s philanthropic gesture aimed to alleviate the suffering of the common people, particularly the Muslim Ummah.
The event, held under the auspices of the Baggi of Saki land, Fadilat Sheikh Abdul Rosheed Muhammodu Gazali, and the Balogun Adini of Saki, Chief Abdul Rauf Balogun, featured the distribution of various food items, including packs of rice, gari, spaghetti, and noodles.

Prominent members of Irorun Ni Charitable Foundation, including the Vice Chairman, Sheikh Dr. Monsur Abdul Salam, and other executives from Ibadan, Oyo Ibarapa, Ogbomoso, and beyond, attended the event. In a chat with Kazeem Jenrade, they explained the organization’s objectives and commitments to people’s welfare, emphasizing the importance of unity and equality in Islam.
The Vice Chairman, Sheikh Dr. Monsur Abdul Salam, and other leaders, including Dr. Abdul Fatai Shittu Abdul Rofih and Dr. Musa Alongbija, delivered keynote addresses. They stressed that Islam is a religion that believes in the oneness of Allah, and therefore, there should be no discrimination or bias against anyone.

The leaders urged members of the Muslim community in the region to be their brothers’ keepers and protect the sanctity of Islam. They also commended the leadership acumen and philanthropic deeds of the Aare Alaranse Adini of Oyo State, Ambassador Shakirudeen Jimoh Orankan, who sponsored the program.
The Baggi of Saki appreciated the members of the association for their positive impact on society and charged them not to rest on their oars. He also commended the beneficiaries to accept the gifts with a pure heart.
Various speakers showered encomium on Alhaja Miliat Abdul Azeez for her good representation and leadership acumen. They urged members across the council areas to support their leaders in Oke Ogun in their jihadist mission.
