Soludo 3rd AnniversaryChukwuma Charles Soludo, the governor of Anambra State, has been praised by the House of Assembly for demonstrating genuine leadership during his first three years in office.

Soludo is celebrating his third anniversary on Monday, and the legislators have noted that he has fulfilled the commitments he made in his inaugural speech.

When addressing journalists in Awka, the Speaker of the Assembly, Hon. Somtochukwu Udeze spoke on behalf of the Assembly and referred to Soludo’s performance as something that was quite outstanding.

Specifically, he emphasized that Soludo’s fast-paced approach to government has continued to be a driving force for positive development throughout the state.

The speaker made the observation that Soludo’s administration came with a list of priorities, which included reforms in governance, infrastructure, and security improvements.

“In the past 26 years that I got myself involved in Anambra politics and governance, what Governor Soludo is doing is quite enormous. He has chosen a part to deliver the heart desires of the citizens.

“For the first time, the tax is working for Ndi Anambra. Every action taken by the governor is geared towards touching the lives of the underprivileged.

“I went round the state to inspect the projects, considering the fact that oversight is part of the functions of lawmakers, I decided not to get the reports from the Committee but go and see things for myself in the three senatorial zones.

“The new Government House and Governor’s Lodge are almost completed, and there are changes in the infrastructure of the House of Assembly.

“By all ramifications, the path Governor Soludo is towing is encouraging, and major stakeholders in the state are beginning to key into the partnership.

“Mr. Governor has done well, and a lot of stakeholders believe he is doing the right thing and on November 8, 2025, Ndi Anambra will speak with one voice by voting Soludo for second term.”
