The drama! Teebillz, the talent manager with a knack for speaking his mind, has eaten his words and apologized to the fabulous Toke Makinwa!
It all started when 2Baba announced his separation from Annie Idibia, and Toke Makinwa shared her two cents on the matter. Teebillz, being the self-proclaimed “protector of all things good and holy,” jumped into the fray, telling Toke to mind her own bizness!
But, in a surprising twist, Teebillz has apologized for his remarks, admitting he overreacted and acted out of character. He confessed that his love for 2Baba and Annie clouded his judgment, and he didn’t have all the facts.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Teebillz wrote, “My sincere apologies to TM [Toke Makinwa]. I jumped the gun and goofed. I honestly acted out of character bcos of the unconditional love I have for Annie and King 2. My action was based on expired knowledge and lack of understanding of the current occurrences.”
He continued, “I hope you spare my ignorance. Hopefully I get the chance to privately apologise to sort our differences. My action was exactly what I accused you of. Hope you forgive my emotional incompetence pls @tokemakinwa.”
Toke, being the queen that she is, has yet to respond, but we’re eagerly waiting to see if she’ll accept Teebillz’s apology!
The moral of the story? Even the most outspoken among us can admit when they’re wrong and apologize. Kudos to Teebillz for eating his humble pie!
