The PDP candidate in today’s local government election in Boluwaduro LG area of Osun State is Prince Abayomi Aina. He is popularly known as OMO ADUGBO. He has lampooned the former governor of Osun State, Adegboyega Oyetola. Oyetola is seen as the brain behind the political crisis in the state.
He also accused Oyetola spearheading the anti democratic forces moves to hijack government control from Governor Adeleke and the PDP.
According to Prince Adesina, it is a game of survival of the fittest. He described the attempt by APC’s members to access the local government secretariats as barbaric, irresponsible and uncivilised. Thereby creating pandemonium, anarchy and lawlessness.
In Osun It’s been really traumatic for the people in the last one week.He warned against using federal might to Intimidate the Governor Ademola Adeleke whom he described as the best governor in Nigeria.
Prince Adesina Aina attest to the peaceful conduct of the election despite the boycott by the police and paramilitary.
He hinted of an impressive voter turnout in his polling unit thereby expressing his optimism to win the election when concluded.
Recall the APC withdrew from the elections. About 15 political parties are participating in the election.
