In a landslide victory, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has won all chairmanship and councillorship seats in the 30 local government areas of Osun State.
This announcement was made by the Chairman of the Osun State Independent Electoral Commission, Hashim Abioye, at a press conference in Osogbo, the state capital, on Saturday.
It’s worth noting that this outcome differs from the results of the 2022 Osun State governorship election, where the PDP won 17 LGAs, while the APC won 13 LGAs.
