Portable was brought before the court this morning to face charges that are on the verge of being considered assault.
Habeeb Okikiola Olalomi, better known by his stage name Portable, has been charged with assaulting several officers of the Ogun State Planning and Development Permit Authority (OGPDPA) before the Isabo High Court in Abeokuta, Ogun.
The charges were brought against him by the police operating in the state of Ogun.
The musician who had been declared wanted by the police command on Monday, February 18, turned himself in to the police in Lagos on Wednesday, February 19.
He was then transported to Ogun state, where he was handed over to the command.
