Gbenga Oluwatomisin, 44, has been charged with leaking his ex-lover’s sex film to her spouse. He was charged in the Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court in Ibadan.

Prosecuting attorney Insp Sikiru Opaleye claims that the defendant planned the crime on January 7th with other people who are currently at large.

Oluwatomisin allegedly sent the recorded voice messages and sex video to his ex-lover’s spouse, Kehinde Olayiwola, conducting himself in a way that would have violated the peace, according to Opaleye.

“Kehinde and Toyese Olayiwola were married before they separated due to a misunderstanding, during which Toyese allegedly befriended the defendant.

“After some time, the husband and wife later reconciled and started living together again, but the defendant wanted to continue his affair with Toyese, which she declined.

“The ex-lover, Oluwatomisin, then allegedly sent the sex video and recorded voice messages of their escapades to Toyese’s husband with the phone number 08#29427990.”

Sections 249(d) and 517 of the Criminal Code Laws of Oyo State 2000 were violated, according to the prosecution, by the offenses perpetrated in the Idi-Iroko neighborhood of Amuloko, Ibadan.

The defendant entered a not guilty plea to the allegations. Olabisi Ogunkanmi, the Chief Magistrate, gave him N100,000 bail and required a surety to be a blood relative of the defendant.

After that, she postponed the hearing until March 25.
