The Nigerian film industry has been thrown into mourning as they lost another veteran director Rotimi Raji, according to Reports it indicate that Raji was found lifeless in his bathroom on February 15, 2025,
The filmmaker, who lived alone in Baruwa, Ipaja, Lagos, reportedly slumped and passed away.his death was noticed after a concerned neighbor, alarmed by his unusual silence, then tried to call him out. upon peering through an open window, the neighbor saw rajis helpless body on the bathroom entrance floor.
Security authorities and some family members were alerted, his door was forced open, and his body were taken to the morgue
His grieving relatives are now demanding a post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of his sudden death.
