Manchester United is showing more interest in Geovany Quenda, a winger for Sporting CP.
Record reports that United scouts attended the Friday night match between Sporting and Porto, despite local rumors that the two clubs had reached a deal over a cost for the young player.
Both teams displayed excellent skill, but it appears that United was more interested in Quenda.
In fact, when Sporting plays Borussia Dortmund in their Champions League playoff tomorrow, United will be present in the stands as well.
Despite without yet receiving a cap, Quenda, 17, has been called up to the senior Portugal squad this season.
