Christian Eriksen has been asked by Manchester United icon Peter Schmeichel to think about rejoining his old team, Ajax.
Eriksen is not anticipated to receive a new contract offer from United as his current one expires this summer.
“It would be a great move for him to go to Ajax,” Schmeichel told AS.
As a midfielder, he is exactly what the Premier League needs—someone who can run up and down for ninety minutes.
He isn’t even suited to the coach’s (Ruben Amorim) preferred style of play, which is always very fast and involves winning the ball back quickly.
Unfortunately, he no longer possesses the same level of energy as a child; it’s not in his character.But technically, he’s still really good even when he’s in possession.
I believe he would be a fantastic signing for Ajax.
