The deterioration of Manchester United since Sir Alex Ferguson’s retirement in 2013 has been attributed by club great Ryan Giggs to the club’s management.

The former winger, who is currently a co-owner of Salford City, was upset that United had not been able to reclaim their Premier League supremacy.

Giggs thinks a decade of underperformance has been caused in part by bad choices made by the club’s leadership.

“As with any business, hiring must be done correctly, and it hasn’t been over the past decade.

During An Evening with Ryan Giggs earlier this week, Giggs stated, “We’ve just made poor decision after poor decision.”

“We’re in a bad place right now, but first of all, I have to say I actually really like the manager,” the Welshman continued.

If given the opportunity and time, Amorim will restore success.

“We’ll be alright if we have the right players and the manager has time.”

However, we are now far from it. We’re a long, long way behind, but things could soon improve.
