Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim, their season would not be saved by winning the FA Cup.

The reigning champions move to the fifth round after defeating Leicester City 2-1 in a tense match last night.

“I cannot focus just on saving the season with the momentum of the Cup,” Amorim remarked after acknowledging that United had a poor performance that evening.

That’s not how I view Manchester United or football in general. “It’s the performance, the outcome, everything.

Since the final is at the end of the season, I’m not thinking about the end of the season just yet. That doesn’t matter to me; what matters is the now.

“It’s obvious that the moment is inadequate. The outcome is favorable. We go to the following phase.

Although we have a week to get ready, today wasn’t the best day. Additionally, he stated, “It’s everything.” The coach bears the primary responsibility.

The coach is held accountable when a team fails to perform and make progress. However, our purpose is to watch the game, analyze it, and attempt to do better for the next one.”
