Ruben Amorim, the manager of Manchester United, thinks his team needs to score more goals from their middle.
Amorim included Patrick Dorgu, a recent addition, in that evaluation prior to tonight’s FA Cup fourth-round matchup with Leicester City.
During the press conference on Thursday, Amorim stated, “We need to find players to play in the different positions.” With Dorgu, we have an additional winger to play on both wings, according to the manner we play.
It will undoubtedly take time, therefore it won’t be able to address every issue.
“We must get better. We don’t score; we generate opportunities.
I believe we can get better at these minor things because we have a lot of shots inside the box and we always catch (hit) one player.
“By playing in that position a little bit further on the field, I believe Amad, Bruno Fernandes, and even Kobbie Mainoo can score more goals.”
We have a little more time, so we need to work as a team. Let’s see when the season is over.
