Senator Bassey Otu, the vice chairman of the South-South Governors’ Forum and the governor of Cross River State, has congratulated Abdulrazaq Abdulrahman, his counterpart in Kwara State, on his 65th birthday.
In a statement provided on Wednesday and signed by his chief press secretary, Nsa Gill, Otu called the chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum a personal friend and admirer of Nigeria and Cross River State.
On this momentous occasion of his birthday, the governor stated Abdulrazaq’s visionary leadership in the NGF and his unshakable dedication to the growth and progress of all areas of Nigeria are genuinely worthy of attention.
“Your presence during our annual Carnival Calabar, Africa’s largest street party, in December 2024, added color to the event and cannot be forgotten in a hurry,” he remarked.
“I extend my congratulations on your birthday to Your Excellency, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, CON, the executive governor of Kwara State and the Chairman of the NGF, on behalf of the government and people of Cross River State.
