After meeting a married father-of-four on a dating app, a female lawyer has accused him of raping her in front of 1,000 livestream viewers.

According to reports, the 31-year-old woman met the 46-year-old in May 2022. Because of local privacy restrictions, the 46-year-old is referred to in German reports as Tim B.

Bild claims that the defendant frequently traveled for employment. He set up a meeting at a hotel in Mitte after matching with the woman on a dating app.

However, the claimed victim alleges that between 9 and 11:55 p.m. on May 12, she was sexually assaulted by an armed forces employee in the hotel.

The lawyer from Berlin claims that Tim initially complied with their agreement to use a condom for sex before he began complaining that he “couldn’t do it” like that and “thought it was “s***.”

Nina said that Tim’s wife knew he was cheating, but that he had assured her that he would never have sex with another woman without protection.

However, the lawyer claims that Tim disregarded her request to use a condom, tearing it off before pulling out his phone and starting a livestream.

She claims that Tim raped her in front of about 1,000 online viewers.

“I have had a couple profile with my wife on the sex site for seven years,” Tim said in response to the rape accusations.

The Berlin woman ‘undressed rather rapidly’, he said, when questioned about her thoughts on the prospect of live online sex.

Tim said she agreed and hold a pillow in front of her face, but decided she didn’t want to continue after forty-five minutes.

The officer defended his innocence by saying he “never raped her” and that there were 100 males inside at the livestream’s busiest moments.

I even handed her my intercity ticket when she wanted to return home. It has my name on it. “If I had raped her first, I wouldn’t have been so dumb,” he said.

However, prosecutors were not persuaded.

They said that the video recordings were accessible to about 1,000 people and that “the images were capable of causing significant damage to her reputation.”

Tim is scheduled to return to court for a verdict hearing on February 10.
