Ezekiel Onyedikachukwu, the head of EeZee Conceptz Global and the former manager of gospel singer Mercy Chinwo, has denied allegations that he diverted $345,000 intended for the singer.

In a lengthy Instagram post, Onyedikachukwu said that Chinwo has received $625,000 from the label so far and that she is trying to claim ownership of a music catalog that he fully funded.

He also claimed that Chinwo violated her record label and management contract with Eeze Conceptz Limited and accused her of using the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and religious organizations against him.

The manager clarified in his statement that he was entitled to royalties and remittances from their commercial activities because they had a 50/50 earnings agreement.

He did, however, charge Chinwo with manipulating the issue by using his religious associations and law enforcement.

The former manager went on to say that he had spent a great deal of time, money, and energy creating Chinwo’s platform, supporting her financially, and even finding her a place to live prior to her fame.

He talked about his legal troubles as well, including an instance in which the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) allegedly extorted him while he was in custody for nine days.

As more proof, the former manager asked Chinwo to share her bank records and songs from three years prior to her contract in his parting remarks.
