Tinubu Visits UAE to Boost Bilateral Relations

Nigerian President Bola Tinubu is in Abu Dhabi, United Arabs Emirates ( UAE) at the invitation of the Islamic country President, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Tinubu is a guest at the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) 2025.

The annual global forum is a platform for international collaboration on policies, economy, trade, diplomatic and bilateral relations and many more.

Themed “The Nexus of Next: Supercharging Sustainable Progress,”

President Tinubu, alongside policymakers, business leaders, and civil society representatives from around the world is expected to showcase his administration’s key reforms, particularly in energy efficiency, transportation, public health, and economic development.

Tinubu delegation are expected to hold discussions with UAE leadership on areas of mutual benefits such as economic and diplomatic partnerships.

The Nigerian delegation are President Tinubu, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar; the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila; and the Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje.President Tinubu is expected to return to Nigeria on Thursday, January 16, 2025.
